Vibration test system

Testing components or assemblies using the combined stress of temperature, humidity and mechanical vibration plays a vital role in the automotive and aerospace industry.

The ESPEC temperature chamber and humidity chambers allow the connection of vertical or horizontal vibration systems to perform combined tests.

With its basic configuration, ESPEC offers test chamber volumes of 306 and 1,000 litres, with temperature ranges from -70 or -40°C to +100 or 150°C and a humidity range of 20% up to 98% relative humidity.

The chambers are equipped with variable test chamber floors that can be individually adapted to the used vibration system. Alternatively, users can also place the test chamber on a rail system and move them over the vibration table. A large observation window allows users to precisely monitor the test specimen during the test.
