VAC-series

Thanks to wide range of programming options, VAC-series ESPEC vacuum ovens offer flexible processes for drying and dehumidification of sensitive materials. Sensitive materials can be reliably dried in a negative pressure system (vacuum) at low temperatures, since the boiling point of water decreases as the pressure drops and moisture can thus be extracted. Variable automated process steps for reliable reproducibility can be programmed using the program control.

The dual-walled test chamber design ensures ideal temperature homogeneity. The additional nitrogen connection enables processes in a virtually oxygen-free atmosphere.

Thanks to the supply air and vacuum control, users can perform efficient pressure cycles, which accelerate the drying process and thus preserve the materials. A number of features and options for adjusting to customer requirements provide a wide range of applications for the ESPEC vacuum ovens.
