Excavators are rolling: Construction work for the new service building is progressing

 ThermoTEC Weilburg has taken the next milestone in the direction of site expansion. After a planning phase of almost two years, the first excavators and construction machines have been rolling on the new ThermoTEC company site since mid-November. Since then, the earthworks in Weilburg have been in full swing.

The property at Friedenbachstraße 19, densely populated by shrubs and hedges, is hardly recognizable after just a few days. It is the result of the Weilmünster-based Wilhelm Jost GmbH & Co. KG, which is active at the construction site every day – weather permitting – until long after sunset. The aim is to have completed the essential earthworks by the end of the year so that next year the focus can be placed directly on the upcoming shell construction. The new service building with 600 square meters of office space for around 30 employees and a 1,200 square meter environmentally friendly laboratory, workshop, logistics and warehouse will be built on the approx. 9,200 square meter site by the end of 2023.
