Our technicians perform the following services:

• Commissioning: Support in unit installation and connection to the on-site media
• Instructions: Introduction on how the devices function and how to operate and program the controller
• Maintenance: Regular functional inspections and cleaning of your equipment to maintain its value and ensure economic operation
• Calibration of temperature and humidity, including certificate (you can find more information about our calibration services here.)
• Qualifications: IQ, OQ, PQ, open door, closed door test, power failure and recovery test. The scope of the qualification is carried out in consultation with you.
• Subsequent modification of your equipment in consultation with you
